Dr. Maria Hoyo

Dr. Maria Hoyo was born in Cleveland, OH. but raised on the island of Puerto Rico where she attended the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. She practiced as a general dentist for 4 years prior to receiving her certificate for Advanced Graduate Study in Endodontics at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry in 1991. She became the Director of the Pre-doctoral Endodontic program in 1994 and continued to teach both pre-doctoral and Graduate Endodontics through 1996 when she decided to concentrate solely on the private practice of Endodontics. Dr. Hoyo has enjoyed working alongside her brother at the Endodontic Center for over 20 years.

Dr. Hoyo is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, the Massachusetts Dental Society and the South Shore District Dental Society. When not practicing Dr. Hoyo enjoys spending time with her family.
